What's included in this plan?

 All plans are drawn at 1/8” scale or larger and include:


  • Coversheet
  • Exterior Elevations: A blueprint picture of all four sides showing exterior materials and measurements.
  • Foundation Plan: Drawn to 1/8" scale, this page shows all necessary notations and dimensions including piers, walls, excavated and unexcavated areas, and support columns.
  • Floor Plan(s): Detailed plans, drawn to 1/8" scale for each level showing room dimensions, wall partitions, windows, etc. as well as the location of electrical outlets and switches.
  • Roof Plan: Drawn to 1/8" scale, this page shows all necessary notations and dimensions, as well as roof pitch. 
  • Cross Section: A vertical cutaway view of the house from roof to foundation showing details of framing, construction, flooring and roofing.
  • Details which will include typical wall sections, miscellaneous details need for construction, etc.

Pricing

Prices are set by our designers and vary depending on square footages or size of each floor plan. Each plan also comes with the option for upgraded layouts and/or add-ons to the floor plan. 


Plan Options: 


  • PDF Single Build - One complete set of construction drawings emailed to you in PDF format. This file comes with a license to construct one home and a copyright release which allows you to make copies to build this plan. 


  • PDF Unlimited Build - One complete set of construction drawings emailed to you in PDF format. This file comes with a license to construct an unlimited number of homes. This file will also come with a copyright release which allows you to make multiple copies to build this plan. 


  • CAD - PDF Unlimited Build - One CAD file including a complete set of construction drawings designed in AutoCAD as an electronic .DWG format. This file is used by engineers, builders, and design professionals to make minor or major modifications to our plans. The CAD files come with a license to construct an unlimited number of homes and a copyright release so you can customize the plan as needed. This set also comes with one complete set of construction drawings emailed to you in PDF format. 


Foundation Options: 


  • Crawl Space - Ideal for level lots with little to no topography or sloped grade. An average crawl space home can be built off of grade, typically 24” standard.


  • Basement - Ideal for significantly sloped lots with lots of topography or grading needed. Lower level of home can be partially or fully underground depending on the site conditions. 


               ** We recommend asking your builder which foundation option is best for your home. ** 


Optional Add-Ons: 


  • Reverse Floor Plan - Choose this option to reverse your plans from the standard orientation shown on product listing image. 


  • Optional Floor Plan Layouts - Choose this option to add any additional floor plan layouts shown on product listing. This could include optional bathroom layouts, optional bonus room layouts, etc.
