Scope: A new build for a 28'-0" x 26'-0" Detached Garage to match existing house style. The Detached Garage is a two-bay unfinished garage with an unfinished bonus room or storage above. 

Office and Primary Suite Addition - Richmond, VA

Contractor: Balducci Builders, Inc.

Scope: A Two-Story Addition onto a small cape cod style home with a new Office on the First Floor and new Primary Bedroom and full bathroom on the Second Floor.

Rear Porch Extension & Renovation - Chesterfield, VA

Contractor:  Cleanstone Construction

Scope:  Converting an existing deck & screened porch into a much larger screened porch space. The goal was to have enough space for a nice outdoor kitchen, as well as a unique fireplace focal point.
