All plan purchases are FINAL. Our plans may not be returned for a credit or refunded due to copyright laws. Please make sure that you have chosen the best plan that fits your overall needs.

All house plans from Designer Services, LLC are designed to comply with the International Residential Code (IRC) and to the local zoning and building codes in the area where the designer resides. These codes may or may not be the same as the zoning laws and regulations in the locale where the Customer will construct the plans. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to see that the structure is built to meet the codes required in your locale. 

All house plans drawn by Designer Services, LLC do not carry a stamp from a licensed architect. Some municipalities may require plan review by a licensed Architect or Structural Engineer in the area you plan to build. After plan purchase from Designer Services, LLC, the Customer is responsible for any additional expenses incurred to meet municipality requirements or other requirements for construction. 

All house plans on this website are protected under the Federal Copyright Act, Title XVII of the U.S. Code and Chapter 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The owner of the copyright retains title and ownership of the original documents. The blueprints licensed to you cannot be used by or resold to any other individual.

When you purchase a set of plans, you are purchasing a license to build. This license gives you the right to construct one house from these drawings. To build the house more than once, modify or copy without express written permission, violates this copyright. 

If you are a Builder and are interested in building a house plan multiple times and that option is not shown on the plan you are interested in, please contact us to inquire about multi-use fees.
